본 연구의 목적은 국내 KCI 등재 및 등재후보 학술지에 게재된 디지털 기반 예술치료 연구 를 대상으로, 연구의 축적 양상과 디지털 구현 특성, 그리고 디지털 환경이 치료 과정과 성과 에 제공하는 기능적 조건을 체계적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 관련 논문 34편을 선정하 여 스코핑 리뷰(scoping review)를 수행하였다. 연구는 연구지형도 분석, 디지털 기술의 전달체 계 및 매체･활동 차원 구현 방식 분석, 그리고 디지털 어포던스 분류체계 도출과 치료적 기제 및 성과지표 간의 연결 구조 분석의 세 단계로 진행되었다. 분석 결과, 국내 디지털 기반 예술 치료 연구는 2020년 이후 양적으로 증가하고 있으나, 연구유형 측면에서는 여전히 개념 탐색과 전달체계 전환 중심의 초기 확장 단계에 머물러 있는 것으로 나타났다. 디지털 기술은 주로 온 라인･원격 기반 전달체계 차원에서 구현되고 있었으며, 매체･활동 차원의 통합은 상대적으로 제한적이었다. 디지털 어포던스 분석에서는 접근성･확장성, 상호작용성, 다중양식적 표현이 높 은 빈도로 나타난 반면, 개인화･적응성 및 위험･취약성은 낮은 비중을 보였다. 또한 디지털 어 포던스는 치료 성과를 직접 산출하는 요인이라기보다 치료적 기제가 작동할 수 있도록 하는 조건적 구조로 제시되는 경향이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 디지털 기반 예술치료 연구가 기술 적용 중심을 넘어 치료 기제 중심의 개념 정교화와 평가 체계 고도화로 확장될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to systematically examine the accumulation patterns, digital implementation characteristics, and functional conditions provided by digital environments to therapeutic processes and outcomes in digital-based arts therapy studies published in KCI-indexed and candidate journals in Korea. A total of 34 articles were selected and analyzed using a scoping review methodology. The analysis consisted of three stages: research landscape mapping, examination of digital implementation at the delivery system and media/activity levels, and derivation of a digital affordance framework with its structural links to therapeutic mechanisms and outcome indicators. Findings indicate that although research has increased since 2020, it remains in an early expansion phase focused on conceptual exploration and delivery system transition. Digital technologies were primarily implemented at the online and remote delivery level, while media/activity-level integration was limited. Accessibility/expandability, interactivity, and multimodal expressiveness were most frequently identified, whereas personalization/adaptability and risk/vulnerability were less emphasized. Digital affordances functioned not as direct determinants of outcomes but as structural conditions enabling therapeutic mechanisms. These findings suggest the need to shift from technology-centered applications toward mechanism-centered conceptual refinement and advanced evaluation frameworks in future research.
