본 연구는 재가노인지원서비스를 서비스를 제공하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 재가노인지원서비스센터 존립 위기 완 화 과정 모델과 위기 완화를 위한 방안의 유형 파악을 통해 학문적, 실천적 함의를 제시하기 위함이다. Strauss & Corbin의 구조적 근거이론이 적용하여 개방코딩 36개의 개념, 13개의 하위범주, 6개의 범주가 도출되었다. 축코딩 결과 지자체 내 관 련 기관들의 서비스에 대한 인식 변화’, 대상자의 욕구 중심과 미래 지향적 패러다임 설정’으로 나타났다. 과정 분석으로 ‘위 기의 추상적 인지(인지단계)’, ‘위기의 현실적 다가옴과 해결 논의(인식단계)’, ‘구체적 위기 완화 방향 설정(태도단계)’, ‘체계 적 노력과 결과 경험(행동단계)’의 4단계로 나타났다. 위기완화 방안 4가지 유형이 도출되었으며, 재가노인지원서비스센터의 사회복지사 위기 인식 및 위기 완화 도출 과정 인지 및 인식단계, 태도단계, 행동의도단계, 행동단계의 4단계 과정에서 센터 내부의 역할변화 속성인 적극과 소극, 협력의 속성인 배척과 의존의 정도에 따라 위기 완화 방안이 달라지게 된다.

The purpose of this study is to present academic and practical implications for social workers who provide services for the elderly at home through the identification of the crisis mitigation process model for the existence of the elderly support service center and the types of measures for crisis mitigation. By applying Strauss & Corbyn's structural grounding theory, 36 concepts of open coding, 13 subcategories, and 6 categories were derived. The four types of crisis mitigation measures were found to be internal active & external exclusion type, internal active & external dependence type, internal passive & external exclusion type, and internal passive & external dependence type. In the four processes of social worker crisis recognition and crisis mitigation derivation process of the home-based elderly support service center: the recognition and recognition stage, the attitude stage, the behavioral intention stage, and the behavioral stage, which are the attributes of role change inside the center, the degree of exclusion and dependence.
