An abnormal temperature phenomenon refers to a weather phenomenon in which a temperature higher or lower than a general temperature pattern is continuous. Recently, industrial accidents caused by heat diseases caused by heat waves in summer frequently occur at industrial sites according to abnormal temperatures. In addition, preparations for disaster prevention are required at industrial sites due to the cold weather in winter. Climate change and temperature fluctuations that directly affect serious disasters are affecting industrial safety and job performance of workers. High abnormal temperatures, that is, higher or lower than expected temperatures, can have a great impact on industrial sites, especially workers working outdoors. Abnormal high temperatures can pose a risk to the working environment, and appropriate safety measures are required. Temperature changes in high or low temperatures can increase various risk factors in factories and industrial fields, and electric and electronic devices, and the purpose is to study measures to prevent serious accidents in industrial sites that may occur due to abnormal temperatures.
