본 연구의 목적은 위고비 시술 경험이 있는 참여자를 대상으로 시술 후 만족도 및 관련 요인들의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 성별 및 연령에 따른 차이를 검토하며, 비용 재비용 의향에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 분석하는 것이다. 2025년 11월부터 2025년 12월까지 단일기관에서 위고비 시술을 받은 만 20세 이상 성인 300명을 대상으 로 설문지를 수집하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0을 사용하였다. 위고비 시술 후 만족도와 재시술 의향을 결정하는 요인을 규명하였으며, 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 위고비 시술을 적용한 대상으로부터 전체적으로 높은 만족도 가 확인되었으며, 성별에 따라 일관되게 유의한 차이가 존재하나, 연령대별 차이는 없었다. 비용 재비용 의향의 예 측 요인은 시술 효과, 생활 습관 변화, 약물 시술 경험이었다. 본 연구는 위고비 시술의 실제 임상적 만족도 정보 를 제공하며, 향후 비만 클리닉의 상담, 치료 전략 설계, 환자 행동 예측 등에 중요한 근거자료로 활용될 것이다.

This study aimed to analyze post-treatment satisfaction and related factors among individuals who underwent Wegovy treatment, to examine gender- and age-based differences, and to identify determinants of willingness to pay again. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 300 adults aged 20 years or older who received Wegovy treatment at a single institution between November and December 2025. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0. The results showed an overall high level of satisfaction following Wegovy treatment. Statistically significant differences were observed by gender, while no significant differences were found across age groups. Treatment effectiveness, lifestyle changes, and prior pharmacological treatment experience were significant predictors of willingness to pay again. These findings provide empirical evidence to support clinical decision-making and treatment strategy development in obesity management.
