본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 재난간호 시뮬레이션 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 재난간호준비도, 임상추 론역량, 의사소통능력의 효과를 검증하기 위한 유사실험연구로 단일군 전후설계연구이다. 연구대상자는 일개 간호 대학 4학년 64명을 대상으로 2024년에 9～10월에 프로그램을 적용하고 효과를 검증하였다. 조사도구는 인구사회 학적 특성과 재난간호준비도, 임상추론역량, 의사소통능력을 포함하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0.2.0을 이용하여 빈도분석 및 paired t-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 재난간호 시뮬레이션 교육을 받은 후 재난간호준비도 (t=-12.05, p<.001), 임상추론역량(t=-9.07, p<.001)이 유의하게 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 재난간호 시뮬레이 션 교육프로그램의 효과를 확인하였으며, 재난간호 교육에 이론과 함께 실습교육을 포함하여 정규교과에 편성할 것을 제언한다.

This study was a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design to develop a disaster nursing simulation education program and examine its effects. The program was implemented with 64 fourth-year nursing students from a college during September and October 2024. The measurement included demographic characteristics, disaster nursing preparedness, clinical reasoning competence, and communication competence. Data was analyzed using frequency analysis and paired t-test with SPSS 29.0.2.0. The results showed the significant improvement in disaster nursing preparedness(t=-12.05, p<.001) and clinical reasoning competence(t=-9.07, p<.001). These findings confirm the effectiveness of disaster nursing simulation program and suggest incorporating disaster nursing education into the regular nursing curriculum.
