본 논문은 디지털 전환 시대에 맞춰 대학생이 인식한 치과위생사의 직업평가 요인과 디지털 전환 시대의 핵심 역량 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 일부 지역 대학생 172명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문으로 진 행하였다. 자료분석은 치과위생사 직업평가 요인과 디지털 전환 시대 핵심 역량 간 항목별 관련성은 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 각 변수 들이 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 모든 디지털 핵심역량이 직업평가 요인과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다(p<0.05). 다중회귀분석 결과 최종 모델에서 분석 적 사고(β=0.273), 리더십(β=0.232), 학년(β=-0.719)이 모두 유의한 영향 요인으로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 18.0%로 가장 높았다. 이에 치위생 교육현장에서 문제해결 중심 수업, 팀 기반 학습, 리더십 훈련을 적극적으로 도입하여 디지털 전환 시대의 필요한 역량 강화가 필요하다.

This study examined the relationship between factors influencing the professional evaluation of dental hygienists and the core competencies required in the digital transformation era. Data were collected from 172 university students through a self-administered questionnaire. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were conducted to identify significant associations and predictors. All digital core competencies were positively and significantly correlated with professional evaluation factors (p<0.05). In the final multiple regression model, analytical thinking (β=0.273), leadership (β=0.232), and academic year (β=−0.719) emerged as significant predictors, explaining 18.0% of the variance. Developing problem-solving and communication skills is also essential for future professionals. Overall, this study emphasizes the need to strengthen digital competencies in dental hygiene education.
