접적상태에서 전투를 해야 하는 초급간부들의 능력은 전쟁의 성패를 좌우할 수 있다. 그러나 초급간부의 지원율은 장교와 부사관 모두 저조한 실정이다. 우수한 자원이 유입되지 아니하니 전투지휘 능력 또한 떨어질 수 밖에 없는 현실이 되고 있다. 전략과 전술이 우수하다해도 접적 상태 하에 초급간부들의 전투지휘 능력은 중요하며 인구감소로 인한 병력 부족 상황에서 현실을 극복하기 위해서는 초급간부의 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 주어야 한다. 정신력과 체력을 바탕으로 소통과 강한 훈련, 첨단장비 운용능력 배양으로 부족한 병력과 환경적 어려움을 극복하고 초급간부 전투지휘 역량 발휘에 적극적인 지원이 필요하다.

The success or failure of a war can be determined by the ability of beginner’ Official to fight against enemy forces. However, both officers and non-commissioned officers have low application rates for beginner executives. The ability to command combat is also becoming a reality because excellent resources are not being supplied. Even if the strategy and tactics are good, the ability of beginner executives to command combat is important under combat conditions with the enemy, and in order to overcome the shortage of troops due to population decline, it is necessary to create an environment in which the ability of beginner executives can be exercised. Active support is needed to overcome insufficient forces and environmental difficulties by communicating, strong training, and cultivating the ability to operate advanced equipment based on mental strength and physical strength.
