본 연구는 KNSU 엘리트 여자 하키 선수 13명을 선정하여 등속성 무릎 관절 검사에서 일반적으로 사용되는 각속도인 60/sec와 180/sec의 검사 변인 중 어떤 변인이 Wingate 검사 변인 상관관계를 입증하기 위한 목적이 있다. 측정 장비는 체성분(Inbody Space 4.0), 무산소 파워(Wingate test), 둥속성장비(Isokinetic Humac-Norm)었고, 측정은 KNSU University Physical Performance Laboratory에서 수행하였다. 각속도 60°/sec에서 총 신근 일량(줄)은 Wingate 검사의 최대 파워(Nm), 평균 파워(Nm), 총 일량(줄)과 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 각속도 180°/초에서 신근의 최대 토크(Nm)는 Wingate test의 피로율(%) 및 총 일(Joule)과 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 굴근의 최대 토크 (Nm)는 단위 체중당 평균 파워(W/kg)와 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였고, 총 일(Nm)은 평균 파워(Nm), 단위 체중당 최대 파워(W/kg), 총 일(Joule)과 가장 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 등속성 장비를 이용하여 무릎 관절의 신근과 굴곡근의 파워를 평가할 때, 60°/sec에서 무릎관절 신근의 총 일(Joule) 변수는 등속성 시험의 여러 변수 중 파워 평가에 가장 중요한 변수라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 180°/초에서 무릎관절 신근 최대 토크(Nm), 굴곡근 최대 토크(Nm), 총 일(Nm) 변수는 등속성 근력 시험의 여러 변수 중 파워 평가에 가장 중요한 변수이다. 향후 훈련지도자가 엘리트 운동선수의 하지 근기능 무산소 파워를 평가할 때, 60°/sec와 180°/sec에서의 최대 토크와 함께 총 일량도 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study aimed to determine which isokinetic test variables at angular velocities of 60°/sec and 180°/sec—commonly used in knee joint assessments—are most correlated with Wingate anaerobic power test variables in elite female field hockey players. Thirteen elite athletes from KNSU participated in the study. Body composition (InBody Space 4.0), anaerobic power (Wingate test), and isokinetic strength (Humac-Norm dynamometer) were measured at the KNSU University Physical Performance Laboratory. At 60°/sec, the total work (Joule) of the knee extensors showed the highest correlation with Wingate peak power (Nm), mean power (Nm), and total work (Joule). At 180°/sec, the peak torque (Nm) of the knee extensors was most correlated with Wingate fatigue index (%) and total work (Joule). Additionally, the peak torque (Nm) of the flexors was highly correlated with relative mean power (W/kg), and their total work (Nm) showed the highest correlation with mean power (Nm), relative peak power (W/kg), and total work (Joule) from the Wingate test. These findings suggest that among various isokinetic parameters, total work (Joule) of the knee extensors at 60°/sec is a key indicator for evaluating power. At 180°/sec, peak torque and total work of both extensors and flexors are important for power assessment. Therefore, when evaluating lower limb anaerobic power in elite athletes, coaches and practitioners should consider not only peak torque but also total work at both 60°/sec and 180°/sec isokinetic condition
