본 연구는 중대재해처벌법의 위험성 평가기준, ISO 45001 안전보건경영시스템, ESG 이중중 대성 평가를 결합하여 건설현장의 위험성평가 및 ISO 45001 데이터를 ESG 보고서 성과지표로 활용 하는 통합 프레임워크를 제시한다. 문헌연구를 통해 관련 법령과 ISO 45001의 PDCA 프로세스를 분 석하고, ESG 평가에 근로자 안전·보건을 ‘S’ 요소로 포함해 안전관리 성과를 반영하는 방법을 제안한다. 프레임워크는 위험성 평가 데이터와 문서화를 기반으로 ESG 보고서를 작성하고 PDCA 사 이클로 개선을 지속하며 이해관계자 참여로 투명성을 확보하는 구조로, 법규 준수와 안전보건 수준 향상, 기업 신뢰도와 투자 유치 역량 강화에 기여한다. 결론적으로, 세 요소의 통합은 법규 준수를 넘어 사회적 책임을 수행하는 지속가능 경영 모델로서 기업의 장기적 성장과 경쟁력 확보에 의미가 있다.

This study proposes an integrated framework that combines the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ESG double materiality assessment. It demonstrates how risk assessments and ISO 45001 data from construction sites can be applied as performance indicators in ESG reports, providing implications for sustainable management and competitiveness. Through the PDCA cycle and stakeholder engagement, the framework integrates risk assessment data and documentation to facilitate ESG reporting and ensures continuous improvement. In conclusion, the integrated application goes beyond legal compliance to realize social responsibility, supporting long-term growth and corporate competitiveness.
