본 연구는 산업보안정책의 실효성 제고를 위해 산업보안정책의 목표명확성이 산업보안문화인식과 산업보 안정책 준수의지에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 2025년 03월 01일부터 04월 30일까지 국내 기업 임직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 220부의 자료를 회수하였지만, 최종분석에는 불성실한 자료를 제 외한 209부만을 활용하였다. 최종분석에 활용된 자료를 STATA를 이용해 분석한 결과, 산업보안정책의 목표명확 성은 산업보안정책 준수의지와 산업보안문화인식에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 산업보안문화인식은 산업보안정 책 준수의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 산업보안정책의 목표명확성과 산업보안정책 준수의지 간의 관계에서 부 분매개효과를 보였다. 이는 산업보안정책이 명확하게 수립될 때 직원들의 산업보안정책 준수의지를 직접적으로 높 일 뿐 아니라 산업보안문화인식을 통해 간접적으로도 산업보안정책 준수의지를 촉진시킬 수 있음을 의미한다.

This study empirically analyzed the impact of industrial security policy goal clarity on security culture perception and policy compliance intention to enhance the effectiveness of industrial security policies. A survey was conducted among employees of domestic companies from March 1 to April 30, 2025. Analysis of 209 valid responses using STATA revealed that industrial security policy goal clarity positively influenced both policy compliance intention and security culture perception. Additionally, security culture perception had a positive effect on policy compliance intention and partially mediated the relationship between policy goal clarity and compliance intention. These findings suggest that clearly established industrial security policies not only directly enhance employees' compliance intention but can also indirectly promote compliance through improved security culture perception.
