This study investigated psychological and behavioral factors influencing university students’ career decision-making in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and post-COVID-19 era. It examined the effect of grit and the multiple mediation effects of SNS competence, class attitude, major satisfaction, and self-leadership. Data from 253 undergraduates in G Metropolitan City were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and Process Macro Model 6. Results showed grit significantly affected career decision level, with SNS competence, class attitude, and self-leadership acting as significant mediators in serial paths. Major satisfaction was not significant. These findings highlight the importance of digital literacy and self-directed abilities for better career decisions and offer practical implications for career guidance.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 포스트 코로나 시대의 변화 속에서 대학생의 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 심리적·행동적 요인을 분석하였다. 그릿(Grit)이 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, SNS 활용능력, 수업태 도, 전공만족, 셀프리더십의 다중매개효과를 분석하였다. G광역시 소재 대학생 253명을 대상으로 SPSS 24.0과 Process Macro Model 6을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 그릿은 진로결정수준에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤고, SNS 활 용능력, 수업태도, 셀프리더십은 유의한 매개역할을 하였다. 특히 SNS 활용능력은 수업태도와 셀프리더십을 경유 하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 주는 직렬 경로가 확인되었다. 전공만족은 매개효과가 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 대학생의 진로지도에 있어 디지털 정보활용과 자기주도성 증진의 중요성을 제시하며 실천적 함의를 제공한다.
