본 연구는 병원 간호사의 감염예방환경과 감염예방 표준주의 수행도간의 상관 관계를 알아보기 위한 서술 적 조사연구이다. 병원 간호사의 일반적 특성에 따른 감염예방환경과 감염예방 표준주의 수행도를 확인하고 두 변수들의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 병원 간호사의 감염예방환경 정도는 성별, 최종학력, 근무부서, 감염 관리 교육 여부에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 감염예방 표준주의 수행도는 근무부서, 감염관리 교육 여부에서 유의 한 차이가 있었다. 병원 간호사의 감염예방환경과 감염예방 표준주의 수행도간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 병원 간호사에 대한 감염예방환경 구축을 통하여 감염예방 표준주의 수행도를 높일 수 있도록 의료기관의 전략적 이고 정책적인 지원이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship relationship of infection prevention environment and the performance of infection prevention standardism of hospital nurses. The infection prevention environment showed a statistically significant positive correlation with he performance of infection prevention standardism of the hospital nurses. It is important to develop the establishment of an infection control environment to improve the performance of infection prevention standardism.
