본 연구는 물리보안기업에 근무하는 보안담당자를 대상으로 전략적 인적자원관리가 조직유효성 및 기업성과에 미치 는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 물리보안관련 기업에 종사하는 130여 보안담당자를 대상으로 2024년 4월 15부터 5월 17일까지 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문내용에서 변수를 “전략적 인적자원관리, 조직유효성, 기업성과”로 나누어 작성하 였다. 분석결과, 연구가설 중에서 “전략적 인적자원관리 ⇨ 조직유효성, 조직유효성 ⇨ 기업성과, 전략적 인적자원관리 ⇨ 기업성과”이 모두 채택되었다. 보안기업의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 조직유효성을 향상시켜야 하고, 이를 위해 기업 내 전략적 인적자원관리를 개선시키기 위한 노력이 유지되어야 할 것이다. 향후 전략적 인적자원관리를 향상시키기 위 해서는, 신입직원이 갖추어야할 직무기술에 관한 제반사항을 제시하고 현장에 투입되기 전 실무에 관한 훈련기회를 충 분히 제공해 주어야 한다

This study analyzed the impact of strategic human resource management on organizational effectiveness and corp orate performance targeting security personnel working in a physical security company. To this end, a survey was conducted from April 15 to May 17, 2024 targeting 130 security managers working in physical security-related com panies. In the survey, the variables were divided into “strategic human resource management, organizational effectiv eness, and corporate performance.” As a result of the analysis, among the research hypotheses, “Strategic human re source management ⇨ organizational effectiveness, organizational effectiveness ⇨ corporate performance, strategic h uman resource management ⇨ corporate performance” were all adopted. In order to increase the performance of sec urity companies, organizational effectiveness must be improved, and to this end, efforts must be maintained to impro ve strategic human resource management within the company. In order to improve strategic human resource manag ement in the future, it is necessary to present all the job skills that new employees must have and provide sufficien t training opportunities on the job before being put into the field.
