This study examines the impact of Enterprise Intelligent Transformation (EIT) on Total Factor Productivity (TFP), drawing on techno-economic paradigm theory. We analyze the effects of investments in intelligent technologies on TFP over short and long terms. Findings from data across industries show a significant positive relationship between EIT investments and TFP, indicating the critical role of intelligent technologies in enhancing productivity and economic growth. The results highlight the importance of EIT for firms in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and suggest directions for future research, including the exploration of EIT's qualitative impacts and its effects across different sectors.
