본 연구에서는 중국 프로농구산업 발전의 중요도 및 우선순위 요인을 도출하는데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 본 연구는 델파이조사, SWOT분석, AHP기법을 활용하여 중국 프로농구산업 발전요인에 관한 내용을 도출하였다. 중국 프로 농구산업은 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협요인을 전문가 의견을 통해 분석하였다. 델파이 조사는 1차, 2차, 3차를 실시하여 요인 별 문항을 도출하였다. AHP 기법을 활용하여 중국 프로농구산업 발전 요인 간 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 프로농구산업의 발전을 위한 중위계층 요인 간 우선순위는 기회요인, 약점요인, 강점요인, 위협요인의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 프로농구산업의 발전을 위한 기회요인은 체육개혁의 가속화, 디지털 매체노출, 급속한 경제발전, 공익캠페인 개최의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 프로농구산업의 발전을 위한 약점요인은 심판역량 부족, 중국 프로농구리그 홍보부족, 중국 프로농구리그 문화유산 부족, 리그법규 확립의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 프로농구산업의 발전을 위한 강점요인은 스포츠산업의 국가지원, 농구 인구의 증가, 브랜드 현지화, 스폰서의 무형자산 의 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 중국 프로농구산업의 발전을 위한 위협요인은 관리체제의 속박, 국가대표팀 소집, 전폭적 축구지원, 해외 빅 리그 경쟁의 순으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted with the purpose of deriving important and priority factors for the development of China's professional basketball industry. In this study, Delphi survey, SWOT analysis, and AHP techniques were used to derive information on the development factors of the Chinese professional basketball industry. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of China's professional basketball industry were analyzed through expert opinions. The Delphi survey was conducted in three rounds, and questions for each factor were derived. Using the AHP technique, the importance and priorities among the development factors of the Chinese professional basketball industry were determined. The results are as follows: First, the priorities of the middle-class factors for the development of China's professional basketball industry were in the following order: opportunity factors, weakness factors, strength factors, and threat factors. Second, the opportunity factors for the development of China's professional basketball industry included accelerated sports reform, exposure to digital media, rapid economic development, and holding public interest campaigns. Third, the weak factors in the development of the Chinese professional basketball industry included a lack of refereeing capabilities, a lack of publicity for the Chinese professional basketball league, a lack of cultural heritage of the Chinese professional basketball league, and issues with the creation of league rules. Fourth, the strength factors for the development of China's professional basketball industry included government support for the sports industry, an increase in the basketball population, brand localization, and sponsors' intangible assets. Fifth, the threats to the development of China's professional basketball industry appeared in the following order: constraints in the management system, calling up the national team, full support for soccer, and competition from overseas big leagues.
