본 연구는 산림레포츠 프로그램 선택속성에 따른 상대적 중요도와 우선순위 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 결과 도 출을 위해 산림레포츠 프로그램 운영자 등의 전문가를 대상으로 한 질적연구방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과를 살펴보면 산림레포츠 프로그램 평가요인 대항목에서 안전, 고객서비스, 평판으로 구성된 프로그램 외적속성(무 형) 항목의 중요도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 중에서도 안전에 관한 세부요인의 중요도가 월등히 높게 나타났다. 세부요인들의 전체 우선순위는 안전, 접근성, 고객서비스, 프로그램 설비 및 장소 등의 순으로 중요도를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 경쟁력과 만족도를 향상시킬 수 양질의 산림레포츠 프로그램 개발과 마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the relative importance and priority according to the forest leisure sports program selection attributes. In order to derive the results, a qualitative research method targeting experts such as forest sports program operators was used. Looking at the results of this study, it was found that the importance of external attributes(intangible) items consisting of safety, customer service, and reputation was the highest in the major items of forest sports program evaluation factors. Among them, the importance of detailed factors related to safety was significantly higher. The overall priority of detailed factors could be confirmed in the order of safety, accessibility, customer service, and program facilities/location. Based on these results, it is meaningful to provide basic data for developing a high quality forest leisure sports program and establishing marketing strategies that can improve competitiveness and satisfaction.
