본고는 제국–식민지 시기 김천공립고등여학교의 같은 반 동급생이었던 김임순과 모리사키 가즈에 두 여성의 해방 후/전후 활동과 작품, 교류의 내역을 검토하면서, 이를 한일 역사, 외교 문제의 질곡을 넘어서는 식민주의의 극복 사례로서 논의하였다. 이 피/식민자 2세 출신인 두 여성의 교류와 정신적 공명(共鳴)은 인간 보편의 차원에서 생명의 소중함을 젊은 세대에게 전하면서, 한일 양국의 진정한 가교로 나아가는 미래지향적인 사유로 전개되었음을 확인하였다. 특히 김임순이 실천한 양육과 교육관이 모리사키 가즈에의 생명관에 끼친 영향 관계를 살피면서, 피/식민자를 넘어 다이얼로그적으로 이루어진 여성 연대의 사례가 한일 간의 진정한 교류와 인간 보편의 차원에서 ‘생명의 사상’을 발신한 양상을 논의하였다.

This article examines the post–liberation/post–war activities, works, and exchanges of the two women, Kim Im–soon and Morisaki Kazue, who were in the same class at Gimcheon Public High School during the imperial–colonial period, and discusses this as an example of overcoming colonialism beyond the depths of Korean–Japanese history and diplomatic issues. It was confirmed that the exchange and mental resonance between the two women, who were from the second generation of colonization, conveyed the importance of life to the younger generation in terms of human universality and developed into future–oriented thinking that led to a true bridge between Korea and Japan. In particular, while examining the relationship between parenting and education practiced by Kim Im–soon on Morisaki Kazue's view of life, we discussed the aspect that the example of women’s solidarity, which was made up of dialogues beyond the pied/colonized, sent out the ‘idea of life’ in terms of true exchanges between Korea and Japan and human universality.
