This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of future society and early childhood education subjects using the team teaching method, focusing on creativity confluence competency, problem-solving capacities, and information literacy. The targeted subjects of the study were 12 students who took the future society and early childhood education class in the Early Childhood Education Department at K University. The collected data has confirmed the tendency of research variables through basic statistical analysis (M, SD) using SPSS 23.0. We have chosen non-parametric statistical methods through the Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Shapiro-Wilk normality test. For this study, the difference in distribution between paired samples can be identified, so the Wilcoxon test has been performed. The main results are as follows. Firstly, because of normality test, the significance levels of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests were p<.05 in some cases. It turned out to be dissatisfied with the normality. Secondly, significant differences in research variables have been observed in the overall and sub-domains of creativity and convergence competency (i.e. creative ability, personality & leadership, and convergent thinking & value creation), overall problem-solving ability and sub-domains excluding problem solution implementation (i.e. problem discovery, definition, solution design & problem solution examination), and overall information utilization ability and sub-domains (i.e. information demand, retrieval, evaluation, integration, representation & ethics). The results of this study are meaningful in that they provide basic data for operating the team teaching method efficiently. In addition, based on the research results, we plan to advance the subject and foster the right future talent by enhancing the abilities necessary with the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

본 연구는 팀티칭 교수법을 적용한 미래사회와 유아교육 교과의 효과성을 창의·융합역량, 문제해결력, 정 보활용 능력을 중심으로 알아보고자 한다. 연구대상은 K대학교 유아교육과 재학생 중 미래사회와 유아교육 교과 수강생 12명이다. 수집된 자료들은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 기초통계분석(M, SD)을 통해 연구변인의 경향성을 확 인하였다. Kolmogorov-Smirnov 또는 Shapiro-Wilk 정규성 검증을 통해 비모수통계 방법을 선택하였다. 본 연 구대상의 경우 짝지어진 표본 간의 분포 차이를 알아볼 수 있으므로 Wilcoxon 검정하였다. 주요결과는 첫째, 정 규성을 확인 한 결과 Kolmogorov-Smirnov와 Shapiro-Wilk 유의수준이 일부에서 p<.05 로 나타나 정규성을 만 족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구변인의 유의한 차이를 보인 항목은 창의·융합역량 전체와 하위영역(창 의적 능력, 창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십, 융합적 사고, 융합적 가치창출), 문제해결력 전체와 문제해결책 실행을 제 외한 하위영역(문제발견, 문제정의, 문제해결책 고안, 문제해결 검토), 정보활용 능력 전체와 하위영역(정보요구, 정 보검색, 정보평가, 정보통합, 정보표현, 정보윤리)로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 팀티칭 교수법을 효율적으로 운영하 는데 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에 의의를 갖는다. 또한, 연구결과를 기반으로 본 교과를 고도화 하여 4차 산업혁 명 시대에 필요한 역량을 신장시킴으로서 미래인재 양성을 도모하고자 한다.
