2004년 10월, 미국은 1948년부터 1976년까지 중국에 대한 정보 파일 일부의 기밀을 해제했다. 2009년, 선즈화(沈志华)가 이끄는 번역연구팀은 『미국의 중국에 대한 정보 해독 기록물(The American Intelligence Decrypted Archives in the China, 1948~1976)』 이 라는 8권의 자료집을 출판했다. 이 가운데 2권에는 ｢소련의 만주지역 일본 산업 설비 해체 및 운반에 관한 조사보고서｣라는 파일이 실려 있는데, 이 파일은 중국에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 자료이며, 만주의 일본이 점령했던 지역에 대한 관리 공백기에 중국 장비와 자재의 해체와 운반을 연구하기 위한 매우 중요한 직접적인 역사적 자료입니다. 이 매우 정확한 조사보고서를 분석하면 소련이 만주 점령지의 어느 곳에서 어떤 설비와 시설을 해체하고, 설비와 문자를 어디로 무엇을 얼마나 수송했는지, 누가 이것들을 어 떻게 수송했는지, 소련의 어느 곳으로 운반했으며, 또한 소련은 이 설비와 물자를 입수 해 어떻게 활용했는지 등 모든 중요한 문제를 명확하게 파악할 수 있는 것이다.

2004年10月，美国解密了部分1948-1976年的对华情报档案，2009年沈志华领衔的整 理、翻译团队出版了8卷本 󰡔美国对华情报解密档案(1948-1976)󰡕 中文版。其中，第二 编收录了 『苏联从满洲拆运日本工业设备的质询报告』, 它是考查苏联在日本投降后、中 方接管前的东北日占区管理真空期内拆运中国设备物资的第一手资料，且为中国国内所 无。分析这份准确度很高的 󰡔报告󰡕, 可以清楚了解苏联究竟从东北日占区的哪些地方拆 迁了哪些设备和设施，转运了哪些、多少物资，由谁组织、何人执行、怎么展开、如何 运输、运到了苏联哪些地方，苏联得到这些设备和物资后如何利用等等所有重要问题。

In October 2004, the United States declassified some of its intelligence files against China from 1948 to 1976. In 2009, the collation and translation team, led by Shen Zhihua, published an eight-volume version of them, called The American Intelligence Decrypted Archives against China (1948-1976). Among it, the second part contains a file called “An Inquiry Report on the Dismantling and Transport of Japanese Industrial Equipment from Manchuria by the Soviet Union,” which is not available in China and is the first-hand historical data for researching the dismantling and transporting of Chinese equipment and material during the management vacuum period of the northeast Japan-occupied area. By analyzing this highly accurate report, many historical facts can be clearly understood, such as: what the Soviet Union removed, where the equipment and material were removed from, what and how much material were transported, who was the organizer, who did the job, how to transport them, where they were placed as well as the Soviet Union how to make use of them and so on.
