본 논문은 노인의 활동제한과 주관적 구강건강의 관련성을 분석하여 노인의 구강건강 증진을 위한 프로 그램 개발, 연구 및 정책에 기초자료로 활용되고자 시행하였다. 질병관리 본부에서 실시한 제 7기(2016-2018)국민 건강영양조사 원시자료를 이용하였으며, SPSS 21.0Version(IBM, United States)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결 과 일반적 특성에 따른 주관적 구강건강상태는 가구소득(p<0.001), 교육수준(p=0.001)과 관련이 있었으며, 활동제 한이 있을 때 주관적 구강건강 상태가 더 나쁜 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001) 이상의 결과를 통해 활동제한과 주관적 구강건강 상태의 관련성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 노인의 활동제한 사유를 노화와 장애로 인식 할 것이 아니라 예방 하기 위한 참여 프로그램 개발 및 운영 같은 대책이 필요하며, 활동제한 노인의 구강건강을 케어해 줄 수 있는 인 력들에 대한 교육과 프로그램 운영이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The Study was conducted to analyze the relationship between activity restrictions of the elderly and subjective oral health and to be used as basic data for program development, research, and policy to improve oral health of the elderly. Raw data from the 7th (2016-2018) National Health and Nutrition Survey conducted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were used and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 Version (IBM, United States). As a result of the study, subjective oral health status according to general characteristics is household income (F=6.377, p<0.001) and education level (F=2.975, p=0.001). It was related to, and it was found that subjective oral health status was worse when there was activity limitation (F=32.758, p<0.001). Through the above results, the relationship between activity restrictions and subjective oral health status was confirmed. It is believed that measures such as the development and operation of participatory programs to prevent the elderly's activity restrictions are not recognized as aging and disability.
