ESG(Environment Social Governance) activities of IT corporates are very important for organizational development in that they can motivate employees to engage in job crafting by giving them a sense of purpose and meaning. The empirical results indicated that ESG take effect on job crafting, and job crafting take effect on job satisfaction. It was confirmed that job crafting variable is a effective mediator linking ESG and job satisfaction. In depth discussion on implications, limitations, and future research directions were supplied.
