This study investigates the factors of satisfaction with cafes frequently visited by consumers. Meeting the needs of consumers who visit cafes often plays a vital role in continuously and stably operating cafes. Making consumers visit the same cafes regularly is necessary for running the cafe because having many regular customers is beneficial to making a significant profit. A total of 14 interviewees participated in the interview of this study and expressed the following opinions. Customers who visit the cafe are essential in recognizing the location of the cafe and the type and taste of food and beverage. In other words, it was found that consumers prefer cafes located at a convenient distance to visit. In addition, regular customers have been found to select the high-quality taste of food and beverage served at cafes and various menus because they quickly get tired of the same menu and often visit the cafes. Factors such as the unusual interior of cafes and large parking lots have also been shown to be necessary to customers, so differentiated interiors must be considered to satisfy customers' needs. It was also found that customers want to visit cafes to relax, read, and enjoy hobbies. Therefore, it is more efficient for cafe owners and consumers to create a cafe culture together because they can create a style of cafe that consumers prefer.
