본 연구는 COVID-19로 인한 사회적 거리두기가 신체활동의 제약을 가져오던 시기에 연구되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 부모의 양육방식이 중학생의 창의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고, 가족과의 신체활동이 조절효과가 있는가를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 5개시도(경기도, 강원도, 경상도, 전라도, 충청도)의 중학생을 대상으로 편의표본 추출 법을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 875개의 설문지를 SPSS(Win. Ver. 25)와 AMOS(Win. Ver. 25) 통계프로 그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 연구문제에 대한 인과관계 분석을 실시한 결과는 첫째, 부모의 양육방식이 가족과의 신체활동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족과의 신체활동이 창의성 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 양육방식이 창의성에도 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모의 양육방식이 창의성에 미치는 영향에서 가족과의 신체활 동은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 가정에서 부모의 양육방식은 가족과의 신체활동을 조성하는데 중요한 역할임을 확인하였으며, 또한 부모의 양육방식과 가족과의 신체활동은 중학생의 창의성 발달에 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다.

This study was conducted at a time when social distancing due to COVID-19 brought restrictions on physical activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze how parenting styles affect middle school students' creativity and whether physical activity with their families has a moderating effect. A questionnaire survey was conducted using convenience sampling for middle school students in 5 cities and provinces (Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsang-do, Jeolla-do, and Chungcheong-do). A total of 875 questionnaires were subjected to frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis using SPSS (Win. Ver. 25) and AMOS (Win. Ver. 25) statistical programs. Finally, the result of the causal relationship analysis on the research problem using the structural equation model is First, it was found that the parenting style had a positive effect on physical activity with the family. Second, it was found that physical activity with family had a positive effect on creativity. Third, it was found that the parents' parenting style had a positive effect on creativity as well. Fourth, it was found that physical activity with family had a moderating effect on the effect of parenting style on creativity. Through this study, it was confirmed that the parenting style at home plays an important role in fostering physical activity with the family, In addition, it was confirmed that physical activity with family is an important factor in the development of creativity in middle school students.
