연구는 사회적 지지가 보육교사의 자존감과 교사-영유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 관해 연구하면서 사 회적 자본의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절 효과에 대하여 조사하였다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 위하여 어린이집 보육교사들을 대상으로 267부의 설문지 수집하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록 보 육교사의 집단자존감, 교사-영유아 상호작용이 향상되었으며 사회적 지지를 많이 받을수록 사회적 자본도 향상되 었다. 다음 사회적 자본이 사회적 지지와 보육교사의 집단자존감, 교사-영유아 상호작용 간 관계에서의 매개효과 에 대해 검증한 결과 사회적 지지와 정서적 교사-영유아 상호작용과 사회적 지지와 언어적 교사-영유아 상호작용 간 관계에서만 매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 다음 자기효능감이 사회적 지지와 사회적 자본 간 관계에서 의 조절 효과에 대해 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다.

This study investigated the mediating effect of social capital and the moderating effect of self-efficacy while studying the effect of social support on childcare teachers' self-esteem and teacher-infant interaction. For the purpose of this study, 267 questionnaires were collected from daycare teachers at daycare centers and used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the more social support was received, the higher the group self-esteem and teacher-infant interaction of childcare teachers were, and the more social support was received, the higher the social capital. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of the following social capital on the relationship between social support, childcare teachers' collective self-esteem, and teacher-infant interaction, social support, emotional teacher-infant interaction, social support, and verbal teacher-infant interaction It was found that there was a mediating effect only in the relationship. The following self-efficacy was found to be statistically significant as a result of verifying the moderating effect in the relationship between social support and social capital.
