본 연구는 체육전공 대학생들을 대상으로 사회적지지와 그릿이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 최종 255부의 자료를 토대로 Window용 SPSS 26.0 version 통계프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관 관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째. 체육전공 대학생의 사회적지지, 그릿, 진로결 정자기효능감의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 각 변인간 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육전공 대학생의 사회적지지는 그릿에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육전공 대학생의 사회적지지는 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 체육전공 대학생의 그릿이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 수준의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among social support, Grit, Career decision-making Self-efficacy on college students in physical education. Based on this, the following conclusions were obtained by performing factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN.Ver 26.0 version Statistics Program. First, as a result of investigating the relationship among social support, Grit, Career decision-making Self-efficacy on college students in physical education, there were significant effects on it. Second, as a result of investigating the relationship between social support and Grit on college students in physical education, there were significant effects on it. Third, as a result of investigating the relationship between social support and Career decision-making Self-efficacy on college students in physical education, there were significant effects on it. Forth, as a result of investigating the relationship between Grit and Career decision-making Self-efficacy on college students in physical education, there were significant effects on it.
