본 연구의 목적은 22학년도 1학기 혁신적교과목 운영에 따른 플립러닝(Flipped Learning) 수업 적용이 예비 특수체육 교사들의 역량진단에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 A도 BㆍC대학교 특수체육교 육과 2학년에 재학 중인 총 40명을 대상으로 실험집단(20명)과 비교집단(20명)으로 구분하였으며, 역량진단의 다섯 가지 하위요인(의사소통 및 대인관계, 고차적 사고, 정보 및 기술활용, 문제해결력, 학업적 자기효능감)에 대하여 분석하 였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 이원반복측정 분산분석(2-way[2] RM ANOVA)에 의하여 수업 참여 전과 후를 분석하였다. 결론으로는 예비 특수체육 교사들의 플립러닝 참여는 역량진단의 하위요인인 고차적 사고, 문제해결력, 학업적 자기효능감에 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 특히 수업방식에 따른 참여 시점인 전과 후에 있어서 모든 하위요인인 의사소통 및 대인관계, 고차적 사고, 정보 및 기술활용, 문제해결력, 학업적 자기효능감에서 매우 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the application of flipped learning (FL) classes according to the operation of innovative subjects in the first semester of the 22nd semester affects the competency diagnosis of preparatory special physical education teachers. The subjects of the study were divided into an experimental group (20 people) and a comparison group (20 people) targeting a total of 40 students who are in the second year of special physical education at B C University in A, and five sub-factors ( Communication and interpersonal relationships, higher-order thinking, information and technology use, problem-solving ability, academic self-efficacy) were analyzed. Data analysis was conducted before and after class participation by two-way repeated measures ANOVA (2-way [2] RM ANOVA) using SPSS 25.0. In conclusion, preparatory special physical education teachers' participation in FL has a positive effect on higher-order thinking, problem-solving ability, and academic self-efficacy, which are sub-factors of competency diagnosis. There were very positive effects in communication and interpersonal relationships, higher-order thinking, information and technology use, problem-solving ability, and academic self-efficacy.
