『경성일보』에는 1931년부터 연재만화가 활발히 게재되었고, 아동연재만화가 다수 차지하고 있었다. 그러나 1937년 7월 중일전쟁의 발발로 일본이 본격적인 전쟁체제로 들어가자, 총후생활을 묘사한 국책만화의 게재가 눈에 띈다. 아소 유타카의 ｢노력부대｣에는 전시 하의 일본정부의 국책정책을 홍보하면서도, 전쟁으로 인한 일본국민들의 불만과 고충을 만화 특유의 <웃음>으로 묘사하고 있다. 지금까지 일본 전시 하의 국책정책에 관한 연구는 일본정부의 자료와 신문·잡지미디어의 자료를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 일본 전시 하의 많은 문학자, 예술가, 만화가는 아소 유타카와 마찬가지로 일본정부의 국책정책에 편승하면서도, 직접적이고 강한 어조는 아니더라도 의식적으로 전쟁과 국책정책에 대한 불만을 표현하려했던 것에 주목해야 한다. 아소 유타카는 연재만화 ｢노력부대｣에서 간타로 일가의 전쟁 하의 일상생활을 통해서, <국민정신총동원>과 같은 국책정책을 홍보하면서도 국민의 불만과 고충을 자신 특유의 <웃음>과 패러디화의 요소를 사용하여 『경성일보』의 독자들에게 소소한 웃음과 통쾌함을 제공한 것이다.

Serialized manga will be actively published in 󰡔Kyungsun Ilbo󰡕 from1931.It was mostly a serialized cartoons for children. However, in July 1937, when the Second Sino-Japanese War entered into a full-scale war system, many national cartoons depicting home front life were posted. This treatise focused on Yutaka Aso’s serialized cartoon ｢Ganbari Squadron｣ which was serialized from June 30, 1939. Yutaka Aso is a cartoon artist who gained great popularity when ｢Nonkinatosan｣ (󰡔Hochi Shimbun󰡕 November 1923 to October 1926) was published in newspaper media. It seems meaningful that Yutaka Aso serialized the national cartoon ｢Ganbari Squadron｣ in 󰡔Kyungsun Ilbo󰡕 and 󰡔Hochi Shimbun󰡕 at the same time.　Some of the ｢Ganbari Squadron｣ advertise the national policy of the Japanese government during the war. However, at the same time, the dissatisfaction and complaints of the people due to the war are depicted in the ｢Ganbari Squadron｣ through the laughter that is the characteristic of the cartoons.　Until now, research on Japan’s wartime national policy has been conducted mainly on the materials of the Japanese government and the materials of newspapers and magazines.　Many literary artists, artists, and cartoonists who were active during the war in Japan, like Yutaka Aso, took advantage of the Japanese government’s national policy, but although they were not in a strong tone, they consciously complained about the war and national policy.　You have to pay attention to what you tried to convey. Yutaka Aso conveys public dissatisfaction and complaints about Japan’s national policy through the daily life of the Kantaro family in the ｢Ganbari Squadron｣.Yutaka Aso provided a small for the readers of 󰡔Kyungsun Ilbo󰡕 by using his own unique laughter and parody.

『京城日報』には1931年から連載漫画が活発に掲載されるようになるが、それはほとんど子供向けの連載漫画であった。しかし1937年7月、日中戦争の勃発と共に本格的な戦争体制に入ると、銃後生活を描く国策漫画の掲載が目立つ。その中でも1939年6月30日から連載される麻生豊の連載漫画｢頑張り部隊｣に注目してみた。麻生豊といえば｢ノンキナトウサン｣(『報知新聞』1923年11月～1926年10月)が新聞メディアに掲載され大人気を博した漫画家である。その麻生豊が『京城新聞󰡕と『報知新聞』に同時期に国策漫画である｢頑張り部隊｣を連載したことだけでも意味があると思われる。 麻生豊の｢頑張り部隊｣には、戦時下の日本政府の国策政策を宣伝しながらも、戦争による国民の不満や苦情を漫画特有の笑いを持って描かれている。これまでの日本の戦時下の国策政策に関する研究は日本政府の資料と新聞·雑誌メディアーの資料を中心に行われてきた。日本の戦時下の数多くの文学者、芸術家、漫画家は麻生豊のように、日本政府の国策政策に便乗しながらも、強い口調ではないが、意識的に戦争と国策政策に対する不満を伝えようとしたことに注目しなければならない。麻生豊は｢頑張り部隊｣の中で、勘太郎の家族の戦時下の日常生活を通して、＜国民精神総動員＞のような国策政策の宣伝と共に国民の不満と苦情を自分特有の笑いとパロディー化を用いて『京城日報』の読者にささやかな＜笑い＞を提供したのである。
