본 연구의 목적은 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 전문적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 자기개방의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재 음악치료 수퍼비전을 받고 있거나 최근 1년 이내에 수퍼비전을 받은 경험을 가진 음악치료 전문가와 학 사과정 이상의 음악치료 실습/인턴생을 대상으로 2020년 9월 22일부터 10월 28일까지 설문자 료가 수집되었고, 이 중 154명의 자료가 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용해 분석되었다. 또한, 최종 산출 결과의 간접효과 검증을 위하여 SPSS Process macro를 활용해 부트스트랩 검증이 실시 되었다. 연구가설에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 작업동맹이 전문적 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 음악치료 전문가와 전공생의 작업동맹과 전문적 자기효능감의 관계를 자기개방이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 음악 치료 전문가와 전공생의 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 전문적 자기효능감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 동시에 자기개방을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 음 악치료 전문가와 전공생의 전문적 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고, 이들을 독 려하는 수퍼비전 환경에 대한 필요성을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to examine the causal effect of supervision working alliance on professional self-efficacy and the mediating effect of self-disclosure of music therapists. To this end, surveyed data collected from 154 music therapy experts and students either currently under supervision or with supervision experience within the past year were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. Then bootstrapping was conducted using the PROCESS macro for SPSS to verify the indirect effect of the final results. The results correspond to the research hypotheses were as follows: First, the hypothesis that the working alliance would have a positive effect on the professional self-efficacy of music therapy experts and students was supported. Second, the hypothesis that the self-disclosure of music therapy experts and students would mediate the relationship between supervision working alliance and professional self-efficacy was also supported. The results of the study investigated important factors effecting on professional self-efficacy of music therapy experts and students. The need for promoting these factors in supervision was also discussed.
