스마트 휴대용 기기로써 앞이 잘 보이지않는 시각장애인에게 보행 활동의 위험을 진동으로 먼저 알려줌으로써 보행 활동에 도움을 주고, 일상 생활을 할 때 뜨거운 물체 또는 너무 차가운 물체의 위험을 먼저 알려줌으로써 생활에 편의를 도와주며, 긴급상황 때 바로 긴급연락을 할 수 있는 편하고 간편한 팔찌 형식으로 기기를 고안하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 센서데이터를 받아서 음성인식과 함께 응급상황을 알리고 전파하는 스마트 세이프티 팔찌를 구현한다.
