본 연구는 간호대학생의 심리 사회적 성숙도와 성태도가 성인지 감수성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하 여 시도되었다. 연구자료는 2020년 10월에 간호대학생 133명을 대상으로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21 프 로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 성인지 감수성은 심리 사회적 성숙도(r=.333, p<.000)와 보수 적 성태도(r=.389, p<.000)와 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 성인지 감수성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 보수적 성태도(β=.342)와 심리 사회적 성숙도(β=.275)였고 설명력은 21.3%였다(Adj. R2=.213, F=18.816, p<.000). 이상의 결과를 통해 성인지 감수성과 관련된 요인을 확인하기 위한 후속 연구와 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성의 향상을 위해 바람직한 성태도와 심리 사회적 성숙을 위한 단계적 교육 프로그램의 개발을 제언한다.

This study was performed to define the influence of psychosocial maturity and sexual attitude on gender sensitivity in nursing students. The data were collected from 133 nursing students in Octorber, 2020. There were analyzed with the SPSS 21. As results of this study, the subjects’ gender sensitivity was positive correlation with psychosocial maturity(r=.333, p<.000) and conservative sexual attitude(r=.389, p<.000). Subjects’ conservative sexual attitude(β=.342) and psychosocial maturity(β=.275) were explained 21.3% of subjects’ gender sensitivity(Adj. R2=.213, F=18.816, p<.000). Follow-up studies are needed to identify factors related to gender sensitivity. In order to improve the gender sensitivity of nursing students, it is suggested to develop step-by-step education program of desirable sexual attitude and psychosocial maturity.
