본 논문은 2010년 대런 애러노프스키 감독의 <블랙스완> 영화에서 나타난 주인공 니나의 심리를 바탕으 로 음악과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 새롭게 각색된 발레 극《백조의 호수》의 주인공이 된 니나는 순수한 백조와 야 심 많은 흑조가 서로 대립하는 1인 2역 두 역할을 맡았다. 니나는 순수한 백조의 역할에서는 완벽했으나 왕자를 유혹하고 백조에게서 빼앗는 상반된 흑조의 역할에는 자신이 없었다. 니나는 욕망 가득한 흑조로 다가갈수록 자아 를 잃어갔으며, 결국 니나는 자신이 보는 주관적인 자아와 자신을 보는 거울 속의 자아로 분열된다. 본 논문은 니 나의 자아가 변해가는 심리상태를 프로이트가 제시한 원초아, 자아, 초자아의 삼원 구조 이론을 바탕으로 설명하 고, 거울로 분리된 니나 자아의 이중성에 대해 영상과 음악적 요소에서 나타난 상징적 의미를 분석하였다.

This study deals with the psychology of Nina, the main character in the 2010 film Black Swan directed by Darren Aranovsky, in connection with music. Nina, who became the main character of the newly adapted ballet "Swan Lake," played two roles, one person and two roles, where pure swans and ambitious black swans confront each other. Nina was perfect in the role of a pure swan, but she was not confident in the role of a black swan that seduced the prince and took it away from the swan. As Nina approaches the desire-filled black swan, she loses herself, and eventually Nina divides into the subjective self she sees and the self in the mirror that sees herself. This study explained the psychological state of Nina's ego changing based on Freud's theory of the tripartite theory of personality of the id, ego, and superego and the symbolic meaning of the double of the Nina ego separated by a mirror was analyzed in the scene and musical elements.
