본 연구에서는 청소년 운동선수들의 응집력을 측정하기 위해 Eys(2009)가 개발한 YSEQ(Youth Sport Environment Questionnaire) 측정도구의 국내 적용 가능성에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 YSEQ 척도는 국제검사위원회(International Test Commissions)가 제시한 검사번안지침서를 준수하여 번역과 역번 역 과정을 거쳐 최종 문항을 확정하였다. 확정된 문항에 대한 타당성을 확인하기 위해 국내 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 학생 운동선수 410명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 확인적 요인분석, 집중타당도, 판별타당 도, 신뢰도 검증, 공인타당도의 통계적 검증 과정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 확인적 요인분석 과정에서 2개의 문항이 삭제 되며, 문항의 적합도 지수가 양호하게 나타났으며, 집중타당도와 판별타당도가 확보되어 구성타당도가 검증되었다. 이후 16문항에 대한 신뢰도 검증 결과 내적일치도가 양호하게 나타났으며, 준거변인과의 상관분석을 통해 공인타당도가 검증 되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 국내 청소년 운동선수들의 응집력 연구에서 보다 정확한 측정을 가능하게 할 것이며, 앞으로의 연구에서 유용한 정보를 제공하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

The validity of domestic applicability of YSEQ(Youth Sport Environment Questionnaire) scale developed by Eys(2009) was verified to measure the cohesion of youth athletes in this study. Final questionnaire of YSEQ criterion is confirmed through the translation and reverse translation processes following the inspection translation guideline presented by the International Test Commissions in order to achieve the purpose of this study. A survey was conducted on 410 student athletes attending middle and high schools in Korea to confirm the validity of confirmed questionnaire, and confirmatory factor analysis, concentrated validity, discriminant validity, reliability verification and statistical verification process of accredited validity was conducted based on collected data. Two items were deleted during confirmatory factor analysis process, goodness of fit index was shown as good and the composition validity was verified because the concentrated validity and discriminant validity were secured as a result of this study. After that, internal consistency was shown as good as a result of verifying the reliability of 16 questionnaire, and the accredited validity was verified through the correlation analysis with reference variable. These findings will enable more accurate measurement in future studies of cohesion of domestic youth athletes, and judged as helpful to provide useful information in future studies.
