연구는 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역이미지 및 지역발전에 미치는 영향을 규명하므로서 2020년 현재 강원도 강릉에 거주하는 19세 이상의 지역주민으로 총 391부가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료처리는 Window용 SPSS 26.0 version을 이용하여 요인분석과 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강릉단 오제 지역주민들의 문화성향이 지역발전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 강릉단오제 지역주민들의 지역이미지 가 지역발전에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In this study, a total of 391 local residents over the age of 19 living in Gangneung, Gangwon-do as of 2020 were used for the analysis because the cultural tendency of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje was investigated on the regional image and regional development. For data processing, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 version for Windows. Based on this, the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was found that the cultural disposition of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects the local image. Second, it was found that the cultural disposition of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects regional development. Third, it was found that the local image of the local residents of Gangneung Danoje affects regional development. Based on the above results, we would like to suggest the following research questions to be considered in the follow-up study. First, since there is a limit to generalizing the Gangneung Dano Festival only to the residents of Gangneung, Gangwon-do, a comprehensive study should be conducted with residents of the entire Gangwon-do as a follow-up study. Second, it is necessary to present various results, such as comparison between Gangneung Danoje local residents and other local festivals, through a comprehensive study. Third, it is necessary to further subdivide cultural tendencies, regional images, and types of regional development into practical factors.
