본 연구는 직장인들의 진성리더십과 직무 스트레스 사이에서 희망의 매개효과를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 수행되 었다. 이를 위하여 경기, 충남 및 충북에 소재하는 총 27개의 직장을 선정하여 설문하였고 수집된 설문지 중 불충실하게 응답지를 제외한 분석대상은 총 295부였다. 수집된 자료는 상관 분석 및 Baron & Kenny의 매개효과 회귀분석이 실시 되었다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스를 제외한 진성리더십과 희망의 주도적 사고 및 경로적 사고 간에 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 매개효과 회귀분석 결과, 진성리더십과 직무 스트레스 사이에서 희망의 매개효과가 규명되었다. 끝으로 본 연구를 바탕으로 직장인들의 직무 스트레스를 낮추기 위한 방안을 논의하였 는데 구체적으로 희망을 활용한 프로그램 개발 및 정책을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of hope between authentic leadership and job stress of office workers. For this purpose, a total of 27 workplaces located in Gyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk Province were selected and surveyed, and a total of 295 copies of the collected questionnaires were analyzed excluding the unfaithful responses. Correlation analysis and Baron & Kenny's regression analysis of mediating effects were performed on the collected data. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between authentic leadership and hope-agency thinking and hope-path thinking, excluding job stress. Second, as a result of the mediating effect regression analysis, the mediating effect of hope was identified between authentic leadership and job stress. Finally, based on this study, measures to reduce the job stress of office workers were discussed, and program development and policies using hope were specifically suggested.
