본 연구의 목적은 대학 여자축구동아리 지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 선수의 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하 는데 있으며, 특히 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 선수의 운동지속의도 간 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 대학 여자 축구동아리에서 활동하고 있는 학생 368명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종 분석에는 355부를 활용하였 다. SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석한 결과 첫째, 대학 여자축구동아리 지도자의 변혁적 리더십은 선수들의 회복탄력 성에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선수들의 회복탄력성은 운동지속의도에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자의 변혁적 리더십과 대학 여자축구동아리 선수들의 운동지속의도 간에 회복탄력성은 완전 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between coaches’ transformational leadership and exercise adherence of athletes who had registered female university soccer clubs at universities. Of particular note, this study focussed on the mediating role of resilience between coaches’ transformational leadership and exercise adherence of students at female university soccer clubs. A total of 368 surveys were distributed and 355 surveys were used for the final analysis. We analyzed the data using SPSS 25.0 and the summary of findings are as follows: first, coaches’ transformational leadership had a positive effect on athletes’ resilience. Second, athletes’ resilience had a positive effect on athletes’ exercise adherence. Third, athletes’ resilience fully mediated the relationship between coaches’ transformational leadership and athletes’ exercise adherence.
