본 연구는 치매노인을 부양하는 가족의 회복력이 삶의 질과 부양부담에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시 행되었다. 서울 및 경기 지역에 거주하는 재가급여 대상 치매노인의 가족을 편의표집하여 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사를 실시하였으며, 213명의 조사결과를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 회복력의 평균점수가 비교적 높은 편이었으며, 회복력 요인 중 ‘강인함’이, 삶의 질 요인 중 ‘신체적/물리적 안녕감’이, 부양부담 요인 중 ‘가족관계의 부정적 변화’이 가장 평균점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회복력과 부양부담 간에 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나 타났다. 셋째, 치매노인 가족의 회복력 중 강인함, 지지, 영성의 영향은 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며, 지지는 삶의 질 뿐 아니라 부양부담에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 치매노인 가족을 위 한 정책 및 개입방안 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the resilience of families supporting elderly people with dementia on the quality of life and the care burden. Families of elderly people with dementia living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were conveniently collected and surveyed through structured questionnaires, and the results of the 213 survey were used for analysis. First, the average score of resilience was comparatively high, and the 'Hardiness' of resilience factors, the 'Physical/Material Well-Being' of quality of life factors, and the 'Negative Change of Family Relationship' of care burden factors showed the highest average score. Second, there is a negative correlation between resilience and care burden. Third, 'Hardiness', 'Support', and 'Spiritual Influence' among the resilience factors influenced the quality of life, and 'Support' influenced the care burden. The findings are meaningful in that they provided basic data to prepare policies and intervention plans for families of the elderly with dementia.
