본 연구는 유학생들이 지각하는 교육서비스 품질이 여가만족 및 여가태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있으며, 대상은 2021년 현재 강원지역(춘천, 원주, 강릉, 삼척)에 위치해 있는 대학의 유학생들을 모집단으로 추출하여 188명의 자료를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 첫째, 유학생들이 지각하는 교육서비스품질이 여가만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 유형성은 환경적 만족, 심리적 만족에 신뢰성은 생리적 만족, 교육적 만족, 환경적 만족에, 반응성은 생리적만족, 환경적만족, 심리적만족, 사회적만족에, 확신성은 생리적 만족, 교육적 만족과 사회적 만족에 공감성은 교육적 만족, 심리 적 만족, 사회적 만족에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유학생들이 지각하는 교육서비스품질이 여가 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 유형성은 인지적 태도, 정의적 태도, 행동적 태도에 신뢰성은 인지적 태도, 정의적 태도, 행동적 태도에 반응성은 행동적 태도에 공감성은 인지적 태도, 정의적 태도, 행동적 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유학생들이 지각하는 교육서비스품질과 여가만족 및 여가태도 간의 인과적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leisure satisfaction and leisure attitude in the quality of education services perceived by international students. data of 188 people were used as final analysis data. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between educational service quality and leisure satisfaction perceived by international students, tangible is environmental satisfaction, psychological satisfaction, reliability is physiological satisfaction, educational satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and responsiveness is physiological satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, psychological satisfaction. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between educational service quality and leisure attitudes perceived by international students, tangible is cognitive attitude, affective attitude and behavioral attitude, reliability is cognitive attitude, affective attitude and behavioral attitude are behavioral. empathy to attitude was found to have a significant effect on cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitudes. Third, it was found that there is a causal relationship between educational service quality perceived by international students, leisure satisfaction, and leisure attitude.
