This paper gives the explanation of 1960’s Okinawa Reversion and show it as ‘Okinawa intiative’. In addition, this paper accepts at 1960's Reversion Movements, based mainly on the arguments of Arasaki Moriteru, as a movement that accepted 'Okinawa' as defined by the U.S. government, the Japanese government and the Third World, and renewing ‘Okinawa’ to change regulations from outside. I Also, it is already a part of ‘Okinawa initiative’ which should have been done. This paper also examines how the reversion movements looks and affects Zainichi Koreans in the perspective of Zainichi Korean. This paper explains Zainichi Korean Literary Scholars, Kim Dal-su, Kim Si-jong, Kim Sok-pom. Each of them discussed ‘Home’, ‘Autonomy’, ‘Circumstance’ and etc. Kim Dal-su, Kim Si-jong are also mentioned in Okinawa. In other words, we can read Okinawa Reversion or ‘Okinawa initiative’ by introducing the perspective of the others. It is necessary to research thoroughly how much Zainichi Korean gave attention to the Reversion movements, and both of them are resonating each other in the ideological point.
