본 연구는 레슬링 선수의 대뇌 미드 베타파 활성이 주의집중에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는데 연구의 목적 을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하고자 K대학에서 스포츠 심리상담 지원에 선정된 레슬링 선수 39명을 최종 연구대 상으로 선정하였다. 수집한 자료의 분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 상관관계 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 우측 전두엽(F4)에서의 미드 베타파 출현은 포괄적 외적 주의력(BET)과 유의한 상관관계에 있으며, 포괄적 외적 주의력에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 좌측 두정엽(C3)과 좌측 후두엽(O1), 우측 후두엽(O2)에서의 미드 베타파 출현은 한정적 효과적 주의력(NAR)과 유의한 상관관계에 있으나, 우측 후두엽(O2)의 미드 베타파 출현만이 한정적 효과적 주의력에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the cerebral mid-beta-wave activity of wrestlers affects attention. In order to achieve these research objectives, 39 wrestlers selected for sports psychological counseling support at K University were selected as the final research subjects. For the analysis of the collected data, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS program. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the appearance of mid-beta waves in the right frontal lobe (F4) has a significant correlation with comprehensive external attention (BET), and has a positive effect on comprehensive external attention. Second, the appearance of mid-beta waves in the left parietal lobe (C3), left occipital lobe (O1), and right occipital lobe (O2) is significantly correlated with limited effective attention (NAR), but mid-beta wave appearance in the right occipital lobe (O2). Was found to have a positive effect on limited effective attention.
