본 연구는 실천경영학 연구 방법론이 연구자의 연구적 접근과 연구 매력에 미치는 관계를 실증하고자 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 실천경영학이 지향해 오고 있는 학문적 본질과 연구 성격을 살리고자, 설문 고안은 비확률 추출방법 중 응답자를 선정하는데 연구자 자의적인 판단에 의해 간단히 연구 표본을 수집 할 수 있는 간편 추출법을 적용하여 실시하였다. 설문 대상 범위로는 경영학 분야를 전공하지 않아왔던 인원에 한정하 여 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 실천경영학 연구 방법론을 활용한 연구자의 연구 접근성과 연구 매력에 통계적으로 유의한(+)관계가 있음을 실증하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과가 이경구가 주장해왔던 실천경영학의 연구 방법론을 우수 성을 입증하였음은 물론, 향후 학문적 발전에 초석을 닦았다는 데 시사 하는바가 크다.

The present study conducted the model analysis applied with structural equation to demonstrate the influence of research methodology for practical business administration has on the approach method of the researcher and research attractiveness. Also, to spare the academic essence and nature that is pursued by practical business administration, the design of the survey was applied with the simple sampling method that can easily collect research samples according to the arbitrary decision of the researcher in selecting the respondents among the non-probability sampling method. The survey was conducted on those who have not majored in the field of business administration. As a result of the research, it was found that the accessibility of researcher and attractiveness of research using the practical business administration research methodology had statistically significant(+) relationship. Therefore, the results of this research not only validated the excellence of the practical business administration research method asserted by Lee Kyung-Gu but also can be viewed as being thought-provoking in laying the foundation for future academic developments.
