본 연구는 연구자의 한국 비치발리볼 국가대표 감독 경험에 대해 자문화기술지를 통해 설명하고자 하였다. 연구자 는 비치발리볼 감독으로서 국제 대회 및 아시안 게임 50회 이상 출전의 경험이 있으며, 이러한 경험을 토대로 감독의 경험 과 역할에 대해 논의해보고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 분석 자료는 2018-2019 비치발리볼 경기 내용 및 훈련 방법, 계획, 결과 등의 자료와 메모, 자기 회상 자료, 반성 일지, 관련인 면담 텍스트 자료 등을 통해 수집하였다. 연구 결과 ‘자부심 뒤에 따라오는 커다란 무게감’과‘팀의 성공을 좌우하는 인재 선발과 선수 관리에 따른 결단력과 책임감’ 그리고 ‘비 치발리볼 감독으로서 느껴는 행복감과 삶의 의미’로 구분하여 구체적인 내용을 설명하였고 요약 하였다. 본 연구가 감독 을 꿈꾸는 모든 지도자들에게 참고 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. 추후에는 한 종목에 국한되지 않고, 감독에게 필요한 소양, 기술, 훈련과 시합을 위한 세부적 전략 등 다양하고 구체적인 연구가 필요하다.

This study attempts to explain the researcher's experience of coaching the national beach volleyball team in Korea through a self-cultural technical journal. As a beach volleyball coach, the researcher has participated in more than 50 international competitions and Asian Games. Based on this experience, the researcher aims to elaborate on the director's experience and role. The analysis data used in the study was collected from sources such as the content of the 2018-2019 beach volleyball games, training methods, plans, results, memos, self-recall data, reflection diaries, and interview text data involving related persons. As a result of the study, the detailed information has been divided into 'the great weight that follows the pride','the determination and responsibility for the selection of talent and player management that influences team success', and 'the sense of happiness from life as a beach volleyball manager'. Explained and summarized. We hope that this study will be used as reference material for all leaders who dream of becoming a director. In the future, it is not limited to one sport, but various and specific studies such as literacy, skills, training and detailed strategies for the game required for the coach.
