이 연구는 코로나바이러스감염증-19로 인한 스포츠센터의 운영규제상황에 지속가능한 경영을 위한 방안을 모 색하기 위하여 스포츠센터 고객이 지각하는 스포츠센터의 관계특성, 관계결속, 관계성과의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 서울지역에서 고정적으로 운동하고 있다고 밝힌 스포츠센터회원을 대상으로 설문조 사를 실시하였으며 배포된 450부 중 400부의 설문지를 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 최종분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 스포츠센터의 관계특성은 관계결속에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠센터의 관계특성은 관계성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계결속은 관계성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the relationship characteristics, association, and relationship effects of sports centers that customers of sports centers are aware of in order to find ways to ensure sustainable management under the operational regulations of sports centers due to Covod-19. To that end, a survey was conducted on members of the sports center who said they were exercising regularly in Seoul and 400 of the 450 copies distributed were used for final analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that: First, the relationship characteristics of the sports center have been shown to have a static effect on the solidarity of the relationship. Second, the relationship characteristics of the sports center have been shown to have a static effect on the performance of the relationship. Third, it was shown that relationship solidarity has a static effect on relationship performance.
