본 연구는 스포츠센터의 사회적 서비스스케이프가 라포형성에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고 고객들과의 장기적 인 관계지속성을 위한 전략 수립 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 스포츠센터에서 퍼스널트레 이너에게 트레이닝을 받고 있는 회원400명을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 그 중 불성실한 대답을 제외한 366부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음 과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 사회적 서비스스케이프의 고객유사성와 인적서비스는 라포형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라포형성은 관계지속성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 서비스 스케이프의 고객적합성, 인적서비스, 고객유사성은 관계지속성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of sports center's social servicescape on rapport formation and to suggest strategies to establish long-term relationship continuity with customers. To achieve this goal, a sample was sampled from 400 members who were training by personal trainers at the sports center, and 366 questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding unscrupulous answers. and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis resulted in the following conclusions: First, it was found that the social servicescape's customer similarity and human service had a positive effect on the formation of rapport. Second, it was found that rapo formation had a positive effect on relationship persistence. Third, the social servicescape's customer suitability, human service, and customer similarity were found to have a positive effect on relationship continuity.
