본 연구의 목적은 중학교 축구지도자의 감성리더십과 선수들의 집단응집력간의 인과관계를 검증하여 이를 통해 축구현장에서 조직원의 감성지능의 중요성을 인식시키고 축구팀의 감성적인 성장과 더불어 긍정적이고 효율적인 팀의 환경과 문화를 구현하고 기여하는데 있다. 유층집락무선표집 방법을 이용하여 2020년 대학축구협회에 선수 등록되어 있는 남자 중학교 축구선수들을 표본으로 추출하여 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과를 통계프로그램 SPSS/PC Version 25.0 을 통하여 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학 교 축구선수들의 학년에 따른 감성적 리더십의 지각의 차이에서는 하위요인 관계관리능력, 자기관리능력, 자기인식능력, 사회적인식능력 모두 통계적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도자의 감성리더십이 집단응집력의 하위요인 개인사회에 미치는 영향에서는 관계관리능력, 자기인식능력은 개인사회요인에 유의한 영향을 미친다고 나타났고 자기 관리능력, 사회적 능력은 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to examine the effects of emotional leadership of middle school soccer coaches on group cohesiveness. 350 middle school soccer players registered to Korean Football Association was chosen as subjects using stratified cluster random sampling. Using the SPSS version 25.0, frequency analysis, Cronbach’s α test, exploratory factor analysis, difference analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, first, in the differences of emotional leadership by grade, relationship management/ self-management/self-perception/social perception ability showed statistical differences. In the differences of emotional leadership by players’ career, all subfactors did not show significant differences. In the differences of emotional leadership by prize-winning career, only self/social perception ability showed significant differences. Second, in the differences of group cohesiveness by grade, individual/group society showed statistically significant differences while the individual/group task did not. In the differences of group cohesiveness by players’ career, only individual society and individual/group task showed statistically significant differences. In the differences of group cohesiveness by prize-winning career, all the subfactors did not show significant differences.
