본 연구의 목적은 대학 학생선수에 대한 창업지원환경과 대학 학생선수의 자기결정성, 그리고 선수로서의 전문성 과 창업가정신이 창업의도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대학에 재학 중인 학생선수의 창업지원 환경, 자기결정성, 전문성, 창업가정신, 창업의도를 조사하고 상관관계분석, 회귀분석과 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 학생선수가 인식하는 창업지원환경은 창업가정신과 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학 학생선수의 자기결정성은 창업가정신에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학 학생선수의 선수로서의 전문성은 창업가정신과 창업의도에 각각 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않았다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 대학 학생선수를 대상으로 창업 교육을 실시할 때 유의점을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of entrepreneurship support environment, self-determination, expertise, and entrepreneurship on entrepreneurship intention of university studentathletes. For this purpose, questionnaires were used to collect data. The results of the study are as follows: first, the entrepreneurship support environment perceived by university student -athletes had a significant effect on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship intention. Second, the self determination of university student-athletes had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship. Third, the expertise of university student-athletes was not significant on the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship intention. Based on these results, strategies were proposed to enhance entrepreneurship intention for university student-athletes.
