본 연구는 레크리에이션 지도자의 인지된 전문성이 공감 및 심리적 복원력의 관계를 규명하는데 있으며, 강원도 지역의 강릉, 동해, 원주, 춘천 4개시 소재지에서 레크리에이션 지도자들을 모집단으로 표본을 추출하였다. 첫째, 레크리 에이션지도자의 인지된 전문성과 공감의 관계를 분석한 결과 이론전문성은 인지적 공감에 현장전문성은 인지적공감, 정서적공감에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 레크리에이션지도자의 인지된 전문성과 심리적 복원력 의 관계를 분석한 결과 이론전문성은 회복에 현장전문성은 즉각적대응, 획복, 심리적역량에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 레크리에이션지도자의 인지된 전문성과 공감 및 심리적 복원력의 인과적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this to examine the influence of the perceived professionalism of recreation instructors on their empathy and psychological resilience. As for the subjects, 200 people who served as recreation instructors for a minimum of one year or more in cultural centers, community service centers and welfare agencies in the region of Gangneung were selected as the population, and convenience sampling was used. Among the collected data, the data from 195 respondents were analyzed except for the questionnaires from five that weren't fully filled out or included double answers. First, the perceived professionalism of the recreation instructors exerted influence on their empathy. Second, the perceived professionalism of the recreation instructors exerted influence on their psychological resilience. Third, the perceived professionalism of the recreation instructors had a causal relationship with their empathy and psychological resilience.
