본 연구는 빙상지도자에 대한 연구를 종합 정리하여, 지도자 관련 변인 측면에서 연구방법과 연구내용 등을 통해 연구동향 및 특성을 분석하고 새로운 연구 방향을 제시하는데 연구 목적이 있다. 국내 주요 논문검색 데이터베이스 및 체육학 분야의 저널을 활용하여, 2000년부터 2019년까지 발간된 빙상지도자에 대한 국내 연구물을 수집하였다. 중복연 구 및 분석 자료로서 내용이 불명확한 연구 등을 제외하여 최종적으로 22편을 대상으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 내용 분석 을 위한 프레임은 선행연구에서 활용한 분석 틀을 기반으로 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정‧보완할 수 있도록 전문가 3인의 타당화 과정을 거쳐 최종 확정하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 연도별로는 2000-2004년 3편, 2005-2009년 7편, 2010-2014년 6편, 2015-2019년에 6편을 발행하는 등 전반적으로 증가 추이에 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학위논문 (40.91%)보다는 학술지(59.09%) 중심의 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 연구의 대상은 지도자(27.3%) 보다 선수(68.2%) 를 대상으로 한 연구가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 리더십(15.31%)과 지도자신뢰(11.54%) 변인이 가장 활발한 연구 변인으 로 활용되었으며, 독립변인(84.2%)으로서 양적연구에 가장 많이 사용되었다. 넷째, 연구방법 유형은 양적연구(72.7%) 가 질적연구(27.3%)에 비해 상대적으로 많이 활용되었으며, 양적연구의 통계분석 방법은 점차 평균 비교 및 차이분석 보다는 상관분석, 회귀분석 및 구조방정식 등 관계적 분석에 대한 활용으로 증가하였고 질적연구는 면담, 심층면담, 참여 관찰, 내용분석 방법을 주로 활용한 것으로 나타났다.

Utilizing the nation's major thesis search database and journals in the field of physical education, local research on skating coach published from 2000 to 2019 was collected. It was finally selected and analyzed for 22 papers, excluding unclear research and analysis data. The frame for content analysis was finalized through the process of rationalization of three experts so that it can be modified and supplemented according to the purpose of this research based on the analysis framework used in the prior research. According to the analysis results, first, by year, there was an overall increase in the number of academic journals (59.09%) rather than academic papers (40.91%), with three publications issued in 2000-2004, seven in 2005-2009, six in 2010-2014 and six in 2015-2019. Second, the subjects of the study were higher for athletes (68.2%) than for leaders (27.3%). Third, leadership (15.31%) and trust of coach (11.54%) were used as the most active research variables, and independent (84.2%) were used for quantitative research. Fourth, quantitative research (72.7%) was used relatively more than qualitative research (27.3%), and statistical analysis methods of quantitative research were gradually increased by utilizing relational analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation rather than average comparison and difference analysis, and qualitative research mainly utilized interview, in-depth discussion, participatory observation, and content analysis methods.
