이 연구는 치열한 경쟁 상황에 놓여 있는 스포츠 교육프로그램 중 어린이골프 교육 서비스품질이 부모신뢰, 만족, 성과와의 관계를 규명하여 스포츠 교육프로그램의 효율적 운영에 대한 기초적 자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이룰 위해 수도권지역에 소재하고 있는 어린이골프 프로그램을 운영 중 인 골프연습장 20개소에 자녀를 등원 시키고 있는 학부모 450명을 편의표본추출법을 통해 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 중 400부를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 최종분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 어린이골프 교육서비스품질 중 외적서비스요인을 제외하고 교육프로그램, 지도자, 가격요인이 부모신뢰에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이골프 교육서비스품질 중 가격요인을 제외하고 교육프로그램, 지도자, 외적서비스가 부모만족에 정적인 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이골프 교육서비스품질 중 가격과 외적서비스를 제외하고 교육프로그램과 지도자 는 성과에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 부모신뢰는 성과에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯 째, 부모만족은 성과에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The study was to examine the structural Relationship among Children's Golf Education Service Quality, Parental trust, Parental satisfaction, and performance. Research was conducted with the aim of using sports education programs as basic data for efficient operation. In order to achieve this, 450 parents who were attending 20 golf practice sites in the Seoul metropolitan area were selected through the Convenience Sampling Method and 400 of them were used for final analysis using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The result was as follows. First, Education programs, leaders and price factors have a static impact on parents' trust, except for external service factors among children's golf education service quality. Second, Excluding price factors among children's golf education service quality, education programs, leaders and external services have a static impact on parents' satisfaction. Third, Excluding prices and external services among children's golf education service quality, education programs and leaders have a static impact on performance. Fourth, parental trust has been shown to have a static impact on performance. Fifth, it was shown that parents' families had a static impact on performance.
