본 연구에서는 광주광역시와 전라남도에 거주하고 있는 다문화 가정 아동을 대상으로 생존수영과 크로스핏 운동 프로그램 참여를 통해 신체적 및 정신적 함양을 위한 사회성, 문화성, 정체성의 관계성을 규명하고자 최종적으로 채택된 자료를 SPSS WIN Ver. 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 아동의 생존수영과 크로스 핏 운동프로그램에 따른 사회성과 문화성의 관계성을 검증한 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 사회성과 정체성의 관계성을 검증한 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동의 운동프로그램 참여에 따른 문화성과 정체성의 관계성을 검증한 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aimed to examine the relationships of sociality, culturality, and identity for physical/psychological cultivation through the participation in survival swimming and crossfit exercise programs targeting the children from multicultural families residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do. Using the SPSS WIN Ver. 25.0 Statistics Program for the finally-selected data, the results were obtained as follows. First, in the results of verifying the relationship between sociality and culturality in accordance with children’s participation in survival swimming and crossfit exercise programs, there were significant effects on it. Second, in the results of verifying the relationship between sociality and identity in accordance with children’s participation in those exercise programs, there were significant effects on it. Third, in the results of verifying the relationship between culturality and identity in accordance with children’s participation in those exercise programs, there were significant effects on it.
