이 연구의 목적은 허러엉치신경얼기에서 나오는 궁둥신경을 수술현미경을 사용하여 정밀하게 해부한 후, 그 이는 곳의 분포를 조사하여 허리 및 다리통증이 있는 사람의 구조적 측면에서 이해하는 데 도움을 주는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 10% 포르말린 고정 처리된 시신 9쪽을 다리의 허벅지에서 허리뼈와 엉치뼈까지 추적하여 신경다발들을 추적하 면서 해부한 후, 그 분포를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 궁둥신경은 넷째허리신경(L4)과 넷째엉치신경(S4)사이에서 신경다발 이 나오는 경우가 대부분이었고(66.7%), 셋째허리신경에서 기원하는 경우가 11.1% 였으며, 넷째엉치신경에서는 기원 하지 않았고, 셋째엉치신경에서 기원하는 경우는 전체 표본 중에서 22.2%로 나타났다. 이 연구는 허리 및 다리의 통증을 이해하는 기초자료가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the origin of sciatic nerve focusing on the lumbosacral nervous plexus for helpful the understanding about lower extremity pain knowledge. This study was used 9 specimens (male 5, female 4) and fixed 10% formalin and then dissected the sciatic nerve very clearly on the lumbosacral nervous plexus to identify which spinal level originated using surgical microscope. The obturator nerve was mostly arisen from L4~S4 (66.7%) and originated from 3th Lumbar nerve was found at 11.1% and originated from 4th Sacral nerve was found at 22.2%. This study was helpful for understanding the pain on the back or lowerextremity region.
